Rachel Hawn x'26 was inspired to pursue a PhD in nursing from her personal and clinical experience with cancer and cancer survivorship. Now she's bringing that experience into her research.
Carmela De Leon x'26 is a globally minded nursing student whose journey at UW–Madison is fueled by scholarship support and a drive to improve mental health outcomes for young patients worldwide.
The overall goal of this project is to provide Native American students enrolled in higher education with culturally congruent support and experiential learning opportunities.
