Dr. Linsey Steege Awarded Grant to Study Reducing Nurse Burnout

Linsey Steege, PhD, and her Co-PI (Dr. Jessica Rainbow of the University of Arizona) were awarded a five-year R01 grant funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research to support the project Reducing nurse burnout through SysTems analysis and Organizational Redesign (RESTORE): Evaluation of a nurse-led approach.

The primary goal of Dr. Steege’s project is to adapt, evaluate, and explore the scalability of the RESTORE intervention. The investigative team includes Dr. Roger Brown. The total award is $3,599,960.
