Vanderbilt University has honored UW–Madison School of Nursing Professor Emerita Diane Lauver, PhD, RN, FAAN, with the Lulu Wolf Hassenplug Award for Distinguished Career in Nursing.
In the award statement, Vanderbilt said, “The 2025 recipients were nominated by colleagues and classmates…for their leadership, clinical excellence, career accomplishments and public service.” They describe Lauver as a “nurse leader and educator with remarkable contributions to nursing knowledge and patient care.”
