Dr. Megan Zuelsdorff, PhD, was awarded a grant to support the study Stressors, allostatic load, and ADRD disparity: Addressing COVID-19 impact. The study is funded by the Alzheimer’s Association Rapid Program in Dementia (RAPID) Funding Grant Program and Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement. The primary research aim is to investigate modifiable social-biological stress pathways that contribute to cognitive health disparities. The project will be conducted in partnership with the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC). Congratulations to Dr. Zuelsdorff!
