Élise Arsenault Knudsen, PhD, RN, ACNS-BC, was awarded an Internal Research Grant funded by the School of Nursing Research and Scholarship Committee to support the study Formal and Informal Nurse Leaders’ Knowledge and Needs for Implementing Evidence-Based Practice Changes in Hospitals.
The primary goal of Dr. Arsenault Knudsen’s project is to inform the future development of tailored education and identify the resources and support needed to help nurse leaders overcome barriers to facilitate the implementation of evidence-based practices and ultimately improve patient outcomes. The total award is $16,639.
