Their scholarship focuses on:
- Innovating teaching-learning activities through using simulation rooms with advanced technology, case study development, and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE).
- Developing curricula that incorporates new AACN (American Association of Colleges of Nursing) essentials, advances concept-based curricula, and conducts knowledge gap analysis.
- Designing interprofessional education activities and global immersive clinical experiences.
- Supporting students through diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, mental health and wellness initiatives, and hands-on career preparation.
