Professor Seiler-Schultz teaches in traditional, accelerated, and graduate courses. She holds a position as clinical assistant professor for University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Nursing. She has taught in various nursing curriculums since 2003. She maintains a Wisconsin license as a nurse-midwife and national certifications as a nurse-midwife and nurse educator. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifery, Wisconsin Area Perinatal Care and National League of Nursing. Service: Undergraduate Admissions and Progression Committee member, School of Nursing. District 605 Representative (alternate) for UW–Madison, Academic Assembly.
