Cassie Voge is a Clinical Associate Professor at UW-Madison School of Nursing. She has been a nurse for 30 years and a clinical instructor for 20 years. She teaches in the undergraduate program on an Abdominal Transplant (liver/kidney/pancreas) inpatient unit at UWHC. She is a UW-Madison Teaching Academy Fellow and a member of the National Academy of Practice.

Clinical Scholarship focus areas

Teaching and Learning

  • Led new “Blended Post Conference” with colleagues to foster more meaningful learning for students regarding concepts across clinical populations (spans teaching/scholarship).
  • Developed knowledgebase regarding clinical practice area (Solid Organ Transplant) to enhance student learning.
  • Provided valuable community service via influenza/covid vaccines with students.
  • Led collaborative efforts to bring a number of new teaching strategies to the larger faculty group to positively impact student learning outcomes.
