Education: BSN, UW-Madison
Clinical Experience: 2 years as Cardiac/Thoracic/Transplant intermediate care RN.
Scholarly Interests: Increasing access to care and reducing hospital readmissions.
Advanced practice goals: To promote health/wellness for the adult/geriatric population through management of chronic illnesses with a holistic approach. In pursuit of these goals, Kade’s aim is to increase access to healthcare and prevent hospital readmissions. Clinical interests include cardiology, evidence-based practice, adult/gerontology, and primary care.
