Taylor Mikulsky, MSN, MBA, RN

Taylor Mikulsky, MSN, MBA, RN is a nurse leader with experience in orthopedic trauma, medical-surgical nursing, forensic nursing, and rural health care. She spent six years as an orthopedic trauma nurse before advancing into a charge nurse role on a medical-surgical unit, where she developed a strong interest in nursing leadership. Taylor currently serves as a nurse manager at a rural health hospital on a medical-surgical unit. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing in Health Systems Administration and Leadership and a Master of Business Administration and holds certifications in Medical-Surgical and Orthopedic nursing. Taylor is committed to supporting students through mentorship, leadership development, and professional guidance.
