Cara has worked her whole career in post-acute care, with a primary focus of hospice nursing. She has had progressive management and leadership roles at Agrace and is currently the Director of Quality & Compliance. Grace enjoys the challenges that the changing regulatory landscape in hospice & healthcare is creating, and helping navigate this in practice, while continuing to ensure patients receive high quality care. Grace is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) Quality Committee.
