I am a current bedside nurse and Virtual RN Mentor in the Neonatal ICU at the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison. Since starting in 2019 as a Nurse Resident I have participated in the NICU’s Social Committee, Unit Council, preceptor group, and UW Health’s Evidence Based Practice Fellowship cohort. I have been a board member for the UW NAO since 2020 and sit on the Student Engagement and Recent Graduate Committee. I am passionate about supporting students and new-to-practice nurses!
