Rhonda Heise, GNP, RN

Rhonda Heise is an experienced gerontologic nurse practitioner. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 1993 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2000 from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Rhonda is very passionate about the care of older adults. She served as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in the Madison area for 22 years including 14 years at UW Health in the Skilled Nursing Facilities Team.
