Biography
Education: BSN, UW–Madison
Clinical experience: Four years at UW Hospital: 1 year in PACU with the Nurse Resident Program and 3 years in Inpatient Heart and Vascular IMC unit (D4/5).
Scholarly interests: Improving health literacy, primary care access, and encouraging follow through for patients with chronic diseases and commorbidities to improve outcomes, and geriatric populations.
Advanced practice goals: Adult/gerontology primary care, geriatric primary care, evidence-based practice, chronic disease and chronic comorbidity management. I hope to improve my Spanish language skills and be able to effectively use Spanish in healthcare settings.
