Clinical Experience: Four years of experience in acute inpatient medical-surgical nursing.
Scholarly Interests: I’m passionate about increasing access to primary care and reducing preventable hospitalizations. I’m interested in healthy aging in place and supporting folks in achieving their individual health goals.
Advanced practice goals: It is my goal to work in partnership with patients to treat and manage a wide variety of health conditions. I strive to increase access to affordable care and participate in efforts to improve the healthcare system through supporting healthcare reform and evidenced-based practice. My clinical interests include gerontology, palliative care, patient education and decreasing health disparities.
