Diane Farsetta, PhD

Diane Farsetta, PhD, is the outreach specialist for the School of Nursing’s Center for Aging Research and Education (CARE). In this role, she facilitates communication and collaboration among researchers, clinicians, students, organizations, and community members with an interest in older adult health and well-being. She leads CARE’s efforts to develop an app for family caregivers of older adults and to engage students with dementia-friendly communities. Diane holds a PhD in biology and has research, teaching, and communications experience.
