Dorinda retired in 2016, completing 30 years of working in Occupational Health Nursing. Her employer was the Kimberly-Clark Corporation based in Neenah, WI. Dorinda fulfilled several different roles, working in both corporate and manufacturing settings. Corporate responsibilities included providing Health Services to employees of Kimberly-Clark including the National Sales Force, KC Aviation and Midwest Express Airlines. Working in the manufacturing settings, Dorinda provided health services to employees of the Nonwovens Manufacturing Sector, Adult and Feminine Care Manufacturing Sector as well as Kimtech which provided machine development and support to the other sectors within Kimberly-Clark. Duties included OSHA training, testing and record-keeping, Worker’s Compensation, Ergonomics, Wellness and EAP Promotion, Emergency Response Team, and providing the Annual Immunization Program and Updates.
