Biography

Clinical experience: Eight years at UW Hospital and Clinics in TLC (trauma, medical and surgical ICU). Two years ago Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas in the Neurotelemetry Unit and ICU.

Scholarly interests: Scholarly interests include incorporating evidence based practice bedside, helping educate future nurses and bringing care to underserved areas.

Advanced practice goals: Integrate the newest evidence based practice into bedside care, bridging the gap between nursing practice and medical education. Clinical interests include evidence based practice, acute care, and increasing health care access in underserved areas.
