Practice Experience and Interests

Noraliyatun Jannah is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Indonesia. Her practice experience includes nursing leadership and management, clinical nursing supervision, patient safety, quality improvement, and hospital nursing management. She has experience in nursing leadership and management at Universitas Syiah Kuala Hospital and has worked with the Aceh Provincial Health Office to strengthen nursing management practices and workforce capacity. She is also actively involved in community initiatives through GEN-A, a youth-focused NGO, and Youth for Planetary Health, with a growing interest in advancing sustainable and environmentally responsible healthcare practices.
