Biography
Education: BSN, UW–Madison
Clinical experience: Eight years at Marshfield Medical Center, includes Neurosciences/Trauma Inpatient RN, Surgical ICU RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor, and presently Medical ICU Nurse Manager.
Scholarly interests: Building systems that promote high quality evidence based practice.
Advanced practice goals: I am interested how organizational structure and leadership decisions affect patient outcomes, staff experience, and resource utilization within the critical care setting.
