The School of Nursing has added two new online specialty tracks to the Doctor of Nursing Practice program. In addition to five existing specialties, these advanced nursing practice DNP tracks in either Population Health or Systems Innovation and Leadership create options for nurses to advance their careers.
A partnership between the Monroe Clinic-SSM Health and the UW–Madison School of Nursing provides DNP students opportunities to engage in rural practice, and many return to it.
