Clinical Experience: Three years and counting as a Pediatric Critical Care Float RN at AFCH.
Scholarly Interests: Improving newly-licensed nurse career outcomes through evidence-based mentorship.
Advanced Practice Goal & Clinical Interests: To work with BSN students and pediatric patients throughout the lifespan. Interests include new grad nurse work outcomes, caregiving competence, childhood obesity and nutrition, gender-affirming and trauma-informed care.
