Practice Experience & Interests

Jared is an Early Entry Option PhD student and second-year honors TBSN student. He serves as a project assistant in the Ersig Lab examining quantitative measures of stressors and stress responses in teens with chronic health conditions. Jared has experience in emergency medicine as an Advanced EMT and ED technician at UW Health and teaches Red Cross certification courses. His research centers on healing emotional wounds and insecure attachment through self-empowerment, self-compassion, conscious human caring, and reframing self-limiting beliefs, aiming to foster emotional well-being lifelong resilience.
