Sue Gaard, MS, RN

Ms. Gaard serves as the Nursing Professional Development Director for the School of Nursing. As a member of the UW–Madison Interprofessional Continuing Education Partnership (ICEP) leadership team, she champions the translation of valuable knowledge and evidence to advance the education and skills of the nation’s healthcare workforce and improve the health of communities. Prior to joining the School of Nursing, Sue’s experience in healthcare spanned leadership roles in quality improvement, patient safety, population health, community-based research, and consumer advocacy.
