Holly Adams

Holly Adams chose to attend the UW–Madison School of Nursing because of its high national quality ranking, incredible opportunities, and love for the school’s community. Her favorite experience in her nursing education thus far was getting to know and connect with other nursing school candidates during their group interview.

Outside of nursing school, Adams works as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at UW Health. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her twin sister.

Her favorite part of being a student ambassador is the connections she gets to make with pre-nursing students, particularly when it comes to the stress-inducing application process.

In the future, Adams hopes to further her education and receive her doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) following her graduation from the nursing school in 2024. Adams believes that a nursing career can be extremely rewarding, and she encourages prospective nursing students to seek opportunities to make a positive impact on someone’s life every day.
