N2PH Residency Program Manager

The School of Nursing seeks a program manager to oversee the ongoing implementation and evaluation of the New to Public Health (N2PH) Residency Program. The N2PH Residency Program is a 12-month, online, accredited, transition-to-practice professional development program for new public health professionals. The goal of N2PH is to improve the capacity of the public health workforce to address critical community health problems in Wisconsin and beyond. The Program Manager works with designated faculty and staff to provide N2PH program leadership in planning, implementing, evaluating, revising, and marketing the N2PH Residency Program. In addition to contributing to design and content of the program, the Program Manager will supervise program staff, actively facilitate and support residents’ and mentors’ participation in the 12-month residency program, and conduct ongoing assessment of residents’ learning and competency development.
