Hybrid Programs: Advanced Clinical Practice Specialties

The hybrid format of our our Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN) tracks blends the convenience of asynchronous online learning with the benefits of in-person sessions, typically held once or twice a month. During on-campus visits, you’ll engage in active learning and advanced simulation technology.
Our clinical placement coordinators arrange clinical experiences at nationally ranked level-one trauma centers, acute and critical care hospitals, community hospitals, and critical access centers.
Online Programs: Advanced Non-clinical Practice Specialties

Experienced faculty certified in their respective field teach each specialty track. All coursework is completed asynchronously, allowing you to learn on your own schedule. You’ll also have opportunities to connect with faculty and peers through optional live discussions and virtual office hours held several times each semester.
Our clinical placement specialist arranges practicum placements (in-person or virtual) based on your interests and goals, offering diverse leadership, policy, and networking experiences at local, state, and national levels.
