It’s easy to care for others while overlooking our own well-being. In this session, attendees will de-stress and reset by learning about the impact of stress, stress-management strategies, and campus resources, while practicing hands-on activities for daily routines. They will also explore how gratitude can improve mental health and reflect on aspects of daily life that deserve appreciation.
A collaborative effort between the Schools of Nursing, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, and Medicine and Public Health, these sessions are designed to foster a more inclusive, engaging, and action-oriented learning environment.
