Associate Dean for Research and Sponsored Programs

The UW–Madison School of Nursing is seeking a collaborative and energetic researcher to become the next Associate Dean for Research and Sponsored Programs. This Associate Dean position is responsible for providing overall leadership and oversight for matters related to research innovation, compliance, and advancement in an exceptionally successful and growing School of Nursing. The Associate Dean will work to advance the quality and integrity of the School’s research programs, providing strategic vision, developing processes and procedures to support grant management and compliance processes, and providing consultation and technical assistance to faculty, staff, students, and partners in the development of research proposals to advance the school’s mission. The ideal candidate is an active researcher with federal and/or foundation funding experiences who is committed to academic excellence, mentorship, and leadership. The UW–Madison School of Nursing is housed in a state of the art academic facility and strives to foster an academic environment that welcomes diversity in students, faculty, staff, and the curriculum.
