The Admissions & Recruitment Director provides vision and leadership to the School of Nursing’s undergraduate and graduate admissions and student recruitment operation. This includes overall supervision of the admissions and recruitment processes for the Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN), the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and the PhD degree programs, as well as a post-master’s certificate program in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing. The Director oversees the admissions process from point-of-inquiry through enrollment, utilizing advanced and innovative recruitment and yield techniques and admissions processing technologies. This role directly supervises the Admissions and Recruitment team, comprised of four professional staff members. The Director reports to the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and is an integral member of the Office of Academic Affairs, a unit that is deeply passionate about supporting student success and strives to create a diverse and inclusive community where students, staff, and faculty from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities can thrive.
